Encouragement: To have members learn to encourage each other/ have their back when someone feeling incapable to deliver a speech in any occasion.

Support: To provide emotional and physical support to members whenever required

Inclusiveness: To allow every member to have a chance to voice their views

Friendliness: To make new and existing members feel relax when they in the group

Simplicity: To have the program/activities easy for members to present and enjoy

Non-judgemental: To allow every member to voice their opinion without holding back for fear of criticism from others

Fun: To make members feel the meeting is fun, creative and relaxing.
